Congratulations San Marino Home Owners! Towne Properties has announced they estimate the opening of the San Marino community pool on August 21, 2020. An email was sent to HOA members today defining the delicate rules we must follow. Now the burden is on us to ensure these rules are followed correctly to keep our Aquatics center open. Please refer to the email sent from Towne Properties to HOA members with the Subject, "August 2020 Pool Update," for full details and guidance. Our volunteer spokesperson Mr. Craig Harris has been working relentlessly with both the Board and Management to make certain you the home owners received the best value for your HOA payments.  If you see Craig please take a second to thank him for his efforts.
