The Issue
The President of the San Marino Subdivision HOA, Inc. must provide a Special Meeting before the 15th of August 2020 in accordance with the BY-LAWS OF SAN MARINO SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. The notice of this special meeting shall state the date, time, and place of this meeting to review questions from community members whom are home owners regarding the unnecessary remaining closure of the community pool for the duration of the summer and early autumn months. No existing state, federal, county nor Clayton, NC town laws prohibit the use of the San Marino community pool of which members pay a annual recreation fee of $14,800. This petition must be signed by home owners and associate members. Notice of Meetings. In accordance with the BY-LAWS OF SAN MARINO SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC It shall be the duty of the Secretary to mail or to cause to be delivered to the Owner of each Lot (as shown in the records of the Association) a notice of this special meeting of the Association stating the time and place where it is to be held, the agenda for such meeting, and in the notice of a special meeting, the purpose thereof. If a special meeting is not announced within the first week of August 2020 the by-laws 2.10.Action Without a Formal Meeting or 2.11.Action by Written Ballot will instead be used by members to ensure action is taken immediately.
