The Mayor and San Jose City Officials have negotiated a secret back room deal with Google to sell them public land, violating California’s Open Meeting Laws – all to cut the tech giant a sweetheart deal. Meanwhile, San Jose’s hard-working families are being ignored.

This deal has no guaranteed money for affordable housing, no guaranteed money for public safety or traffic improvements, and no local hire guarantee. Just higher housing costs and more traffic for the regular residents of San Jose and the surrounding areas. All to help one of the wealthiest companies in the world. It's just not right.
