Billie Symone Williams was only 7 yrs old, born on October 8, 2012, when she was found dead on May 23, 2020 at her family's residence in the 1300 block of Candlewood Way, Stockton, California.

At 4:44 AM on Saturday, May 23, 2020, an unknown caller asked police, in Stockton, California, to perform a welfare check at the home of Billy Williams, his wife, Takiesha Williams & their 6 children.

Four officers responded to the home where they found 7 yr old Billie Symone Williams in the garage, unresponsive, covered in multiple bruises & injuries. 

Billie Symone was pronounced dead on the scene.

Billy Dee Williams, the child's biological father, was arrested & arraigned in court on Wednesday, May 27 on 1 count of felony torture and 6 counts of felony child abuse. The complaint filed against him in the Superior Court of California, County of San Joaquin, alleges “unjustifiable physical pain and mental suffering.” He's being held in the San Joaquin County Jail with a bail of $2.2 million.

Takiesha Williams Carrier, the stepmother of Billie Symone, has not been arrested or charged. She has a history of CPS investigations of abuse toward children, has expressed extreme anger & hostility toward Billie Symone & has possibly been the person abusing Billie Symone, possibly causing her death.

We are calling for the arrest & investigation of Takiesha Williams Carrier in the abuse & death of Billie Symone. We want Takiesha arrested for felony torture, felony abuse, possible death injury & possibly the murder of Billie Symone.
