In response to the criticism received by people calling into Devore after Preston died in his kennel a few weeks ago, you have instituted a policy that all dogs requiring a medical waiver will be euth listed their first day available and will not be given extensions. This is the first day we saw Noah on the elist !We were desperately planning his rescue and had a high amount of funds to cover his medical care. Suddenly he was ordered to be killed by your staff. He would not have died in his kennel over a broken leg. There was no reason to kill him... Noah is a victim of your new policy. that appears to be retaliation over criticism and calls made over Prestons death in his kennel several weeks ago. Rather than apply this "new rule" to all dogs that have a medical waiver , killing dogs that don't have life threatening conditions is not humane just looks again like retaliation to criticism whereby Devore is known for the past..
