R.I.P. Preston - he was ill and died in his cell! No medical care!

Jan 13, 2018 — Update: Sadly, Preston was found dead in his cell this morning .... he was sick and got NO VET care in Devore! R.I.P. Preston, your life should not have ended on a cold cement floor in a hell hole like Devore! It is beyond disgusting that a dog with an easily curable illness would die in one of the most affluent states in the USA because the shelter would not give him medical care!
