Video of one of the victims fathers believing Javier Garcia should be questioned about knowledge of the murders shortly after they were committed. 

One of the factors in the case was that Robert knew information on the case the next day. He told the officers that he heard it from Javier, who called Robert that morning. Javier had knowledge of details, that were not released to the public, 5 hours after the murders. This was not allowed to be brought up in the trial since the judge ruled no 3rd party culpability.
