Samsung makes best Android devices in market. One of the biggest complaints people do is mjaor Android software update.  Samsung provide only 2 years of major Android update and 3 year of security update. While recently Oneplus updated 5 and 5T to Android 10 which is almost 3 year old. Apple give 5 years of update to their devices. If you are buying a $1000 Samsung phone and you stop receiving Android updates after 2 years, makes this phone not worth it for long time. Samsung have not updated Android 10 for galaxy S8 and Note 8.

Samsung should give 3 year major update to their smartphones like Oneplus and Apple.
