Samsung has to repair to their customers for the global demage caused to their Blue-rays

La causa

Several users around the world are reporting the suddenly masive failure of their Samsung Blue-Rays starting on July 17, the home theaters stopped working,  because they restart non-stop every few seconds when turned on. probably caused by a failed Software update, now the Samsung's Blue-Rays became in "useless bricks", then Samsung must be responsible by this issue and send an answer and apology for their consumers around the world, this is serious our money was just unfairly sent to the garbage.

Samsung is not taking seriously this masive failure and huge mistake when the users report the problem, please help to join the petition together
