As from the title you all have read, this petition is about the mobile software update policy of Samsung Mobile. I am a Galaxy S6 user and I am writing this on behalf of all the users of Samsung phones who are tired of Samsung's software update policy. We have seen everytime that whenever they launch a new phone they keep dropping support of older devices. And even if they promise to give update, they fail to deliver it on time. For example, they told last year that they will start rolling out update for their Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6/edge in December 2015 but it got delayed to Jan 2016 and then to Feb 2016. Galaxy Note 5 users started to receive the update in Jan may be but the Galaxy S6/edge users got it in Feb. And that too only for the F model for some regions. Half March is gone and still they are rolling out the update only for the F model and many regions are awaiting it. And many models like G920I, G9200, G9208, etc are still waiting, not even a single region has received it yet. This is not about just Galaxy S6/edge, it happens every year with every phone. So I urge all the Samsung Mobile users to sign this petition and tell them that now we cannot tolerate this policy. Thank you.
