Google has worked hard to make a great interface for the Ice Cream Sandwich version of their mobile phone operating system. The interface is user friendly and beautiful. Samsung continues to push the TouchWiz interface on their new mobile phones despite most end users not enjoying the TouchWiz experience. When these customizations are put on the phone they take away from the operating system.

If Samsung wants to continue putting on TouchWiz they may but at least give the end user the ability to disable this custom user interface. Samsung makes great hardware but their customizations do not add to the user experience.
