After 9 months of buying my Samsung Flip 3, I saw a black spot growing near the crease of the phone. When I went to the store to fix the issue, they blamed me for it. The cost of repairing it was almost half of its original cost.The Samsung Galaxy flip-and-fold devices have been facing display-related issues, and the company has ignored our warranty. I have sent a legal notice to them in India. But there was no reply. My lawsuit is going to appear in court soon.  This petition is to find out how many are facing this issue. Please help me increase the reach of this petition. I got a cheque for Rs.25000 from samsung and the court ordered samsung to fix my mobile free of cost. I am waiting on that one. This is not exactly compensatory !
