On Thursday 10/4, the S House Principal Dr. Medrano from Santa Monica High School called LA-area underground rapper Blueface. A deal was struck up between the representatives of Blueface and our school that would allow the student body to witness a special performance by him at the Greek Ampitheatre at lunch on the next day. The funds were available to make the event happen and interest in the concert was very high throughout the school, considering that an announcement was made at around 3:00 pm in the afternoon on the intercom system. However, hours later school principal Dr. Shelton disapproved of the much anticipated event. Blueface is no longer scheduled to perform at SAMOHI tomorrow, but we can change that.
