This poor man has been left on the street and is now sleeping in a shed. He is a very well known man. He has a small dog called lucy. Many may have seen him by the cathedral next to M&S. He was living in ocean hights and the owner of the flat died so the landlord sold the flat and he was then evicted. He can afford to pay rent and bills and i think he should be housed or have some somewhere to live. Im hoping to get as many people to sign as possible lets make it happen and i know the people of Gibraltar will help share and get the message across.
