This is just an idea, as a part of YAG (youth advisory group) in the Fairview branch of Toronto Public Library I would like to propose an idea for a casual league tournament where people will be randomly matched against each other. Disclaimer: since it will most likely to be hosted by YAG, therefore it may have an upper age limit. However, that does not stop you from telling us that teens should be able to not only study well but play happy at the same time. 

According to the current plan VVV you are not required to play at library. However, you must be able to prove your identity (ex. screen shot of after game screen), to be able to receive any kind of reward. 

the current plan is: there will be 5 groups, 6 if too many people. They will be Bronze, silver, gold, plat,diamond and above, or diamond and master + challenger. You will be placed in each group determined by your in-game rank. You will be able to choose 1 other person in your group as a teammate, however it's not granted that he/she will be on your team. you will be split into teams and have a round robin tournament till a champion is decided. Each game will last a max of 60 min, at the 60 mins mark if a game is not won the winner will be decided with the health of nexus, if health is tied then the game is decided with the number of towers taken, inhib and nexus tower are worth 2 points. After that, the game is determined by kills, after that gold advantage and so forth.
