To stop abuse, neglect and assault on vulnerable prisoners in UK prisons. 

E.G. my son Tom is quadriplegic and is facing amputation of one possibly both legs, due to bad moving/handling. He also suffers from autism, asperges, disreflexia, heart and lung problems, double incontinence and epilepsy. He is bed bound and has to be hoisted. On arrival at HMP he weighed 82KG and now weighs approx 50KG. He is suffering daily from mental and physical abuse and humiliation and even been assaulted. During a hospital trip a officer refused to remove handcuffs while his bowels were evacuated. At one point he was left laid on urine soaked inco pads for 4 hours, brought to visiting room sat  in faeces on numerous occasions, left sat in his wheel chair for up to 8 hours and due to skin vulnerability he shouldn't be sat for more than 4 hours. Left I'll/vomiting in charge for hours. I won't drag on any more but this is just a small example
