Refusing to pay for Hathaway Beach in Deal, NJ!

Help stop the borough from charging people an entry fee to get onto the beach!
This beach has become popular over the past few years after undergoing a federal beach replenishment program aimed at protecting the beach from future hurricanes.
The commissioners of Deal should be grateful that they received a brand new beach for FREE and glad that its residents can enjoy. The fee is just a way for the town to make money. The beach will offer NO bathroom, NO snack bar, NO lifeguard and NO guaranteed parking. The borough is flushed with cash and just looking to capitalize on its wealthy residents that live there.
I hope the commissioners take this seriously and reconsider these laws. We cannot allow Deal to become some wacky liberal city by taking away civil liberties and be subjects of the government. Such practices go against our rights clearly stated in the US Constitution! We are no longer living under British rule, we are in Deal, NJ, not Deal, Kent, England!
Let's stop this now! If it wasn't for the federal government, the borough wouldn't even have the luxury of having a brand new beach, which they feel they need to charge for!
