Nonostante ricorsi amministrativi  pendenti e procedimenti in corso (la pronuncia del tribunale è attesa nei prossimi mesi) si procede per distruggere Iseolakeairfield.

AOPA ITALIA, sezione italiana dell' associazione mondiale dei Piloti dell’Aviazione Generale, Ultraleggeri e del Lavoro Aereo. definisce così la situazione:
"Prosegue l'assurda guerra dell'amministrazione locale contro Costa Volpino, basata su discutibili posizioni che sono state puntualmente contestate dai legali di Iseo Lake Airfield. Un precedente molto pericoloso che mette a rischio molte realtà simili. Siamo tutti con IseoLake per difendere la nostra libertà di volare."

Despite pending administrative appeals and ongoing legal proceedings (the court’s decision is expected in the coming months), the dismantling of Iseolakeairfield continues.

AOPA ITALY, the Italian section of the worldwide association of General Aviation, Ultralight and Aerial Work Pilots, describes the situation as follows:
"The absurd war of the local administration against Costa Volpino continues, based on questionable positions that have been consistently challenged by the lawyers of Iseo Lake Airfield. A very dangerous precedent that puts many similar operations at risk. We stand with IseoLake to defend our freedom to fly."

Trotz anhängiger Verwaltungsbeschwerden und laufender Verfahren (das Urteil des Gerichts wird in den kommenden Monaten erwartet) wird mit dem Abbau des Iseolake Airfield fortgefahren.

Ein äußerst gefährlicher Präzedenzfall, der viele ähnliche Einrichtungen gefährdet. Wir stehen alle an der Seite von IseoLake, um unsere Freiheit zu fliegen zu verteidigen.“
