En solo dos semanas, nuestra campaña pa’ salvar a los perros de Benalmádena ha explotao: más de 500.000 visitas compartías y más de 3.300 firmas en la petición.
El mensaje es claro — esta comunidad no abandona a sus perros.
La prensa local e internacional ya está llamando, y ahora to’ el mundo mira a Benalmádena Ayuntamiento y a los promotores.
Vecinos y voluntarios se están movilizando como nunca, unidos por una sola causa.
Exigimos dos cosas muy simples:
1️⃣ Abrir ya las puertas de Fidelio.
2️⃣ No cerrarlo hasta que haya un refugio de verdad ya construío.
El Ayuntamiento no puede seguir escondiéndose detrás del silencio ni de promesas vacías. Con las elecciones de 2027 a la vista, los votantes se acordarán bien de quién estuvo con los animales… y de quién no.
Estamos demostrando la fuerza y el corazón de esta comunidad.

Cuanta más gente lo vea, más difícil será que ignoren a los perros de Benalmádena y más cerca estaremos de salvar a Fidelio y garantizar un refugio digno para todos los animales.

In just two weeks, our campaign to save the dogs of Benalmádena has exploded: more than 500,000 shared visits and more than 3,300 signatures on the petition.
The message is clear — this city does not abandon its dogs.
The local and international press are already calling, and now the whole world is looking at Benalmádena Town Council and the developers.
Neighbours and volunteers are mobilising like never before, united for a single cause.
We demand two very simple things:
1️⃣ Open the doors of Fidelio now.
2️⃣ Do not close it until a real shelter has been built.
The Council cannot continue to hide behind silence and empty promises. With the 2027 elections on the horizon, voters will remember who stood up for the animals... and who didn't.
We are demonstrating the strength and heart of this community.
