HGS discontinued pick ups and drop offs for Allconnect agents on July 13. They implement central pick ups that don’t accommodate most due to poor management and organization and drop are only done for shift that end after 9:30pm, so for the shifts that end before agents will find their own means of reaching home in the evening. No consideration was thought about agents who live in dangerous and rural areas making there way home in the night even if there shifts end as late as 9pm. This petition is not a complaint it’s for HGS to hear the Voice Of the Employees.
