The notorious Jacobsbay crossing has taken many precious lives over the years and nothing serious is done by the authorities to make it safer. We as the Cape Coloured Congress with the communities in the Saldanhabay Municipality area demands that traffic lights, better lighting or a traffic circle is erected at the Jacobsbay crossing, to make it a safer crossing. Too many precious lives has been lost already and one live lost is one too many. Think of how many children has lost their lives. Let us as the communities of Saldanhabay Municipality unite to make our communities a safer place for all. Enough is enough!! 

We ask our local Municipality or Western Cape Government to intervene in this matter a.s.a.p.
