SAGA - Honour Our Contract for monthly delivery of your Magazine

The Issue

As a lifetime subscriber to the monthly Saga Magazine, I was disappointed to receive a letter from Saga offering only a free online copy or the option to continue receiving the hard copy for an additional fee of £29.95 This is in breach of our contract, which clearly states that we are entitled to receive a monthly hard copy of the magazine.

According to recent statistics, there are over 500,000 subscribers to Saga Magazine. Many of us have been loyal subscribers for years and have come to rely on receiving our physical copies each month. For some elderly readers who may not be as tech-savvy or have access to reliable internet connections, this change is particularly concerning.

We understand that times are changing and many publications are moving towards digital formats. However, we believe that it is a breach of contract for Saga Magazine to unilaterally cancel our subscription.

We urge Saga Magazine to honour our contract with us and continue providing us with physical copies of the magazine as per our agreement.

As consumers who have paid for a service in good faith, we deserve transparency and respect from companies like Saga. We hope that by signing this petition, we can send a message that contracts should be honoured and customer loyalty should be valued.

Thank you for your support.
