"We’re planning on collecting volume and speed traffic data the week of September 9th. I’m planning on getting traffic volume/speed at these locations:

NE Prescott west of 7th

NE Prescott east of 7th

NE 7th north of Prescott

NE 7th south of Prescott

NE Going between 7th and 8th

NE Skidmore between 6th and 7th

I’m curious to know if this causes some diversion to other streets. NE Going would be a particular concern as it is a neighborhood greenway.

I’m hoping we can get the all-way stop implemented the following week and then collect data after a week or two of it in operation. We’ll also observe it in the field and collect delay/queue information at the intersection."
