Many of us who live in the Forest Knoll Section IV A neighborhood just behind Eastgate Lanes Bowling Alley have had near miss collisions entering and exiting our neighborhood. We have called ODOT to discuss our concerns, but little to nothing has been done. The safety concern is primarily when entering our neighborhood from Milford (the west) heading towards Goshen. The oncoming traffic from Goshen merges too soon into the center lane to prepare to turn left onto Deerfield Road. This invades our left turning lane into our neighborhood causing many near multiple head on collisions. 

At one point, ODOT placed delineators (skinny 3 ft. long poles) to attempt to block traffic from crossing over our turn lane. These never lasted long as cars would drive over them, or snowplows would take them out.

We are all hoping for extra safety measures to be put in place by ODOT, either in the form of a concrete median or even a traffic light.
