Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) $739M for veterans — including funding for yoga, MDMA and psilocybin — shows real progress is happening.

But one inconsistency remains. 

DVA still applies a blanket ban on medicinal cannabis for mental health, despite real-world evidence from veterans with treatment-resistant PTSD and TBI, and established science on the endocannabinoid system.
