The former state governor Brad Henry passed a law to ban Salvia. We think he as an individual has no right to tell us what we can or cannot put in our bodies no matter how much authority he has. We as the citizens may over power the government said by the highest jurisdiction there is, The Constitution. Salvia is also used for religious purposes. No authority is the United States can ban someones religion or any part of it said by, The Constitution. If this law is passes we as the people should have rules for salvia not laws. People should use organic salvia safely. They may not abuse it. If you are caught by local authorities using salvia have a copy of The Bill of Rights ready and documents by a pastor or head of church saying you are using salvia for religious purposes. The Bill of clearly states on the first amendment you have freedom of religion.
