Tonight I'm positive I saw the beginnings of a committee after attending the meeting posted previously. I have hope for our community and for the future of the students/pedestrians/cyclists on Diffley and even surrounding communities. 

Some take away on this is: Dakota County has been meeting behind closed doors when it's illegal. The League of Women Voters is involved on that now. These meetings supposed to be public and the general public has the right to attend. They are not giving advance notice either.
There were some other take-aways as well regarding how the road came to be, the responsibility of the SCHOOL DISTRICT 196 and the county/city involvement in it.

Safety is a number one priority! We must stand together!

I like the ideas of combining efforts and solutions. This is a winning path.
