This is a still shot from my windshield mounted camera showing two cars cutting off the pedestrian just this morning while they had the walk signal. This is just as bad as crossing Diffley without a crosswalk. As I left the school, I noticed there was an Eagan Officer facing east and not doing anything about any of the issues here. 
There were cars turning on red, getting stuck in the intersection, including a bus as well as the walker being cut off.
