Women deserve safe journeys—not just CCTV footage

On 2 August, a woman was sexually assaulted on a District line train. Over a month later, police are still appealing to identify the man they want to speak to in connection with the assault.

Women deserve to travel safely. CCTV can help investigate an assault—but we need more to prevent it happening in the first place.
