Hi everybody, Despite the efforts of every single one of you in supporting our campaign to remove convicted sex offender Cllr Mike Buckley from Saddleworth Parish Council, I have some bad news. Just 10-weeks after being removed from all committees, Cllr Buckley has vowed to return to Saddleworth Parish Council on 24th April, after being supported by fellow Independent Councillor, Lesley Brown. Cllr Buckley and Cllr Brown's blatant disregard for public feeling and opinion makes both their positions untenable.
