Free and fair election for Fiji

The issue

To have free and fair election, we cannnot have Mohammed Saneem as SOE and Khaiyum as Minister for Election. They must be removed as they are related and Khaiyum is the General Secretary of the FFP. 

Furthermore, we want ballot papers to be numbered.
