Sack Aqib Javed from the PCB

Sack Aqib Javed from the PCB
The Issue
As a lifelong fan of the Pakistan cricket team, I am deeply disheartened by the current state of affairs. It pains me to see a team that once inspired awe and respect around the world now struggling consistently due to mismanagement. Many fans share my frustration, witnessing what seems to be intentional damage caused by Aqib Javed’s decisions. His actions reek of agenda-driven leadership biased towards certain factions, leading to the detriment of the team's cohesion and success.
The role of the PCB is to foster a thriving cricketing environment in Pakistan. However, Aqib Javed, with his apparent incompetence, seems more inclined to pursue personal vendettas than the team's success. It's disconcerting to watch promising young talents getting sidelined while those favored by Javed enjoy unconditional support despite repeated failures.
Rooted deeply in the heart of every Pakistani cricket supporter is the hope for a team that performs with passion and unity. We seek managers who are objective in their selection process and unbiased in their decision-making. Unfortunately, the current situation is leading to too many avoidable defeats that are crushing the spirit of players and fans alike.
Pakistan’s cricket heritage is too valuable to watch it be damaged by one individual's subjective decisions and biased agenda. Statistically, our performance has been on a steep decline under his supervision. Players and fans deserve transparency and fairness in decision-making processes within the PCB. The future of cricket in Pakistan relies on this fundamental change.
We call on the PCB to act now and dismiss Aqib Javed from his position to preserve the integrity and future of our beloved team. It is essential to reinstate the faith of millions of fans around the globe in Pakistan cricket and ensure the team reaches its full potential.
Please sign this petition if you believe in the promise of a better future for Pakistan cricket, free from bias and incompetence.
