Unfortunately, the  superintendent and the school board have decided to not include Eid on the school holiday calendar.

The message from the superintendent is as follows:

Good afternoon, after a careful review of our student numbers and data at this time we will not be adding Eid to our district calendar as a closed day for our school district.  We will of course work with students and staff to recognize the day as a religious observance day and all that that entails including no homework, tests or quizzes etc.,  in order to support any students and staff who recognize the day as a religious obligation.  We will of course review this decision should conditions change.  Please be well.
