SABLE GLEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC ---REMOVAL OF HOA BOARD DIRECTORS

As we Sable Glen Homeowners are thriving to see the change in the Community. As the September 8th 2021 elections are void due to unable to meet the 25% Quorum , Most of the Homeowners in the meeting requested for reelection because they want to see the change in the Community with new Faces with new ideas to develop the community. With the BEST INTEREST of Sable Glen Homeowners for Re-Election as per By Laws we are requesting a Special meeting for removing of current Board of Directors & Re-election of New Board of Directors.

Section 3.6 Removal of Directors. At any annual, regular or special meeting of the Association, any one (1) or more of the members of the Board of Directors elected by the members may be removed, with or without cause, by a majority of the Total Association Vote and a successor may then and there be elected to fill the vacancy thus created. The notice of the meeting shall state that the purpose, or one of the purposes, of the meeting is removal of a director. A director whose removal by the members has been proposed shall be given an opportunity to be heard at the meeting. Additionally, any director who has three (3) consecutive unexcused absences from Board meetings or who is delinquent in the payment of an assessment for more than thirty (30) days may be removed by a majority vote of the remaining directors.

Section 3.7 Vacancies. Vacancies in the Board of Directors caused by any reason, excluding the removal of a director by vote of the Association, shall be filled by a vote of the majority of the remaining directors. Each Person so selected shall serve the unexpired portion of the term.
