Tired of having a massive CPU level of hackers that continuously interrupt my players gameplay. Only thing we ask is to disable cleo once a person has joined their server (make it adjustable under server.cfg)

Lorenc has personally asked to disable this feature in the development RCs of SA-MP which did not do much.
