Support Chef Joe – Reinstate Our Community’s Culinary Leader

On March 3rd, 2025, Chef Joe, the heart and soul of The Watering Hole, was abruptly dismissed by the Oak Run Board—a decision that does not reflect the sentiments of our community. As residents of Oak Run, we elect this board to represent our best interests, and in this case, they have failed to do so.

We urge you to sign this petition and make it clear that we do not support this decision. We demand the immediate reinstatement of Chef Joe.

Chef Joe has been instrumental in transforming The Watering Hole from a simple bar food establishment into a premier dining experience. His passion, creativity, and dedication have elevated our community’s culinary scene, bringing us everything from exquisite multi-course dinners to themed dining events and the popular food truck. His departure is an irreplaceable loss that will leave a lasting impact on both The Watering Hole and Oak Run.
