STOP A POTENTIAL FLAVOR BAN IN DENVER

CONTACT YOUR CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS!

Denver City Councilors Amanda Sawyer & Debbie Ortega are sponsoring a flavor ban ordinance in Denver. This will include all flavored tobacco products (vape juice, disposables, menthol cigarettes, flavored wraps & hookah tobacco).

Our only hope is to email our City Councilors & tell our stories & convince them to not pass this ordinance. We must ask that they consider an alternative that would allow responsible, ethical, & compliant retailers to continue to sell these products to adults who need/desire them, while also taking preventative measures to keep these products away from minors.

First committee vote is on October 6, 2021. Full Denver City Council (13 members) will vote in late October.

Please sign the petition asking to stop the flavor ban in Denver, which will be sent to the 13 City Council Members involved in the vote.
