Today in Flagstone, an old man with a broken hip waited almost 3 hours in the hot sun for QAS response. This is unacceptable. Flagstone and the wider Jimboomba area are seeing massive population growth as a result of urban development, and the current single ambulance stationed in Jimboomba is clearly insufficient in responding to emergency situations in the area. 

We call upon Russell Bowles, commisioner of the Queensland Ambulance Service, to install additional ambulance crews in the Jimboomba area in order to address this population growth and horrendously slow response times.
