The new look to the toys "Zhu Zhu Pets" has created a large deal of disatisfaction in the older Zhu Commitee. To quote, "The new Zhu Zhu Pets look like they just got bored and didn't want to add the details that were on the older models. They look lazy and over-glorified (referring to the new eyes on the toys.)" It's disappointing that the company would go this direction. Most older customers (like myself) were ecstatic to hear that their favorite toy was coming back to stores. But after some research, were depressed by the outcome. The new look and model has seriously decreased the interest of older buyers who were so in love with the toy. With the new design it's uninteresting, boring, and looks cheaply made and unreliable.
