To the Board of Rural Human Services:

Scott Feller, Executive Director of RHS, has been accused of multiple incidents of sexual harassment. His behavior has forced you to settle a $152,000 lawsuit, and now other lawsuits are pending.

Retaining him at the head of your organization puts employees at risk, undermines financial support from community partners, and erodes the public trust. As an "at will" employee, the Board has the power to dismiss him.

We, the undersigned, urge you to exercise that power so that RHS can continue to function as an effective organization, protecting the needs of the most vulnerable residents of our county. Show the employees at RHS and our community you take sexual harassment seriously. Fire Scott Feller. Restore the public trust.
