I want to make Tony a NPC in Runescape. He is the most prominent Runescape Twitch streamer, and has introduced many people to the game. I believe that it is the least Runescape could for him, and to make him an NPC in the game is logical, because he is the most popular Runescape twitch streamer.
I believe he should be an NPC, with the model of Tony wearing a yellow party hat, he will either (a) scream YAHOO!!! or (b) will just be an easter egg that cannot interact with the environment, but it is preferable to have (a).
