Yesterday, some 6 weeks after the hearing, the Planning Inspector dismissed the appeal for the intensive pig factory in Grandborough Fields. 

You can imagine how delighted the local residents, farms and businesses are that this awful facility hasn’t been given the green light.

We’ve been fighting this since 2016 and sincerely hope we won’t still be fighting in 2019.

So, with a big sigh of relief, we send seasons greetings to you all, and our best wishes for a very happy New Year.
