COMPULSORY PURCHASE COVENTRY STADIUM.Since 2016 Brandon Estates have left the stadium to be vandalized and damaged to a state of dangerous disrepair we believe on purpose.

This is to facilitate the use of the stadium to be used for development of residential land, the stadium has been used for sporting use for Many years and should be kept for this purpose only.

Formerly the home of a Stock car racing, Speedway, and Greyhound racing this iconic stadium Needs to be saved for future generations to enjoy.

Please help by signing this petition without predudice to Rugby Borough Council, to enforce compulsory purchase of the stadium from Brandon Estates through the Courts.

The council know there is a genuine buyer waiting to purchase the stadium from its owner Brandon Estates. So let that buyer buy it from the council.

This farce by the owners has gone on to long and needs to be resolved not only for the sport, but the Residents of Brandon. we feel the only way is to ask Rugby Borough Council to compulsory purchase the stadium, so they can sell it onto someone for refurbishment into its former glory.

Look at Odsal stadium I am sure the same can be done here too.
