Bring back the original Up and Go packaging
The issue
Recently, tragedy struck our supermarkets. Our enjoyable morning beverage, Up and go, has been tampered with. A new packaging design has hit the shelves and it is NOT an improvement! The original packaging wasn't broken, it didn't need to be fixed. The new design has rearranged where the sanitarium logo, 4.5 Health star rating and the milky design is placed. This change ultimately confuses the consumer, which may result in a decrease of sales. One of the biggest and most horrific changes, is the elimination of the three dot points on the bottom left corner of the original packaging which state the words "protein", "high fibre" and "98.5% fat free". Without these dot points, how is the consumer suppose to gather this information?
The energetic lightning detail surrounding the ORIGINAL Up and Go logo has been taken away and replaced with a boring, dull, monotone, somber, blue outline. It's lack of colour, detail and vibrancy isn't attention grabbing. The original packaging was filled with more energy and it stood out from the crowd, it caught everyone's eye who walked through the cereal aisle. The new packaging isn't inviting. Does Sanitarium want to sell their product?
