The coastal restaurant Rubio's has decided to change up their menu so now you decide from four different base burritos and you add your choice of protein. Unfortunately none of the new combinations match up to the best item on the menu: the Mahi Mahi Burrito. After this change to the ordering system was made I heard at least two other people try to order the Mahi Mahi burrito only to be told it was no longer available. 

I associate this burrito with joy, happiness, and meaningful memories. When I turned 25 I went to Rubio's with my friends and we all ordered Mahi Mahi burritos. My late father was the one who introduced me to the burrito.  When I eat this burrito I think of the memories of my father and I waiting for our to-go burritos while he sips a Corona and I drink a Mr. Pibb. 

Within the past couple months I have shown at least two people the joy of this burrito just for Rubio's to take it away. Bringing back the Mahi Mahi Burrito would mean restoring a customer favorite and would strengthen brand loyalty.
