RTO should also be inspecting road safety with road quality, various signs in place and Biggggg speed breakers which are also cause for many accidents and causes damage to vehicle underbody. 

Because of such big speed breakers Indian consumers are considering for SUV's , Compact SUV's kind of vehicles which are not only costlier and not fuel efficient.

RTO should be responsible for inspecting & arresting any such road safety hazards which contractors might not be aware or deliberately being deviating from the norms.
