Stop allowing care companies to pull care, at short notice, leaving vulnerable clients without care. Give the clients thier voices back, allow the clients to be empowered, and give them the support they need 

True event

A client was constantly, told if you keep complaining, about the care, you are in receipt of, the company will pull out. That same company gave thier client with complex needs, 11 days notice over New Years. No emergency care, was in place, the client, had to be put into a Nursing home for respite, until a new care company was found. The clent was 45 years old with complex needs with full capacity. How is this right?
