Stop taxing wild bird food

The Issue

Under VAT Notice 701/15 pet food and wild bird food is subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20% whereas feed for animals for human consumption is zero-rated.  (2.5)  Feeding your life companions should not be taxed nor should feeding the wild birds who grace our countryside and gardens.

Alexandra CoatesPetition StarterFor years, I'd lived, gone to law school and worked in Minneapolis. This is not the city that I knew then and still love. Shame! Fix this problem immediately. Life sentences for each one of the officers present; investigate the department.
