In a Nutshell I’m sick off seeing on the News that Girls are being Raped and abused. So maybe teaching some form off self defence or partial martial arts would be a great idea in schools so atleast then they are equipped if a situation does ever arise also a good confidence builder. Some Girls like some lads have zero interest in the gym or Participating in contact sports such as boxing , MMA but installing a strong sense off confidence to look after themselves would be a good way to start as everyone has the right to defend themselves especially the society we live in.
