Wow! Over a hundred signatures....

I am so impressed that so many of you think it's a good idea. Thank you so much for your support. But..... Once a major terrorist attack becomes old news, we forget how serious and devastating it is for those left behind. Young lives cut short, families destroyed and for what? An ideal? An anger that might be nothing to do with those ending up victims.... The problem with this and other petitions, I have discovered, is that the government only sit up and take note when there are thousands of signatures that can't be ignored. Dogs being able to perhaps smell explosives and make a (silent) alert by notifying their handler could stop another attack. Further, their presense, together with publicity, is a good and effective deterrent. These terrorist are trained not to show fear or emotion, they know an officer with a machine gun won't smell a bomb.....A dog would..! If you have signed the petition, please pester , re-post and heckle your friends to click the button also. It takes seconds. In this crazy world, it could happen to you or your family. We have to fight back..... At this moment, and having been travelling across Europe all this week, the only thing stopping one of them walking into an airport terminal and detonating a bomb is sheer luck. There is no way I can see of anything to stop them.
